Specializing in small remodels of a kitchen, a bathroom, sun room or porch, we take on jobs that many other contractors do not want to deal with.
Custom Furniture:
With a full professional woodshop and an expert eye for design and construction, we can craft that special piece out of wood and/or iron to set off your new room.
Punch List:
You have a contract on your house sale, congratulations! But now the Home Inspector comes back with a laundry list of items you need to repair for the buyer. Shaw Homes & Renovations specializes in punch list items. We can do everything from light electrical to drywall repair. Turn your punch list over to us and your sale will be worry-free.
Rental Maintenance:
If your renters aren’t happy, soon they won’t be paying! Rental House maintenance can be a chore and a real headache. Turn it over to Shaw Home & Renovations! We will come in and quickly and expertly relieve you of that chore on both rental and short-term rental properties.
Project Management:
You love doing it yourself, but you want to make sure you do it right! Or you are working full time and don’t have time to manage sub contractors. We are happy to consult with you to make sure your job stays on track. We have a full range of sub contractors we can bring in for those parts of a job you are not expert at. Or we are able to manage the whole job from demolition to paint using your sub-contractors.
